摘要
当今信息社会,拥有及时、准确的信息对于科学决策至关重要。人事档案信息功能,对于合理利用人事档案资源,实现人力资源科学配置起着至关重要的作用。但现实工作中,往往存在管理意识薄弱、内容单一、不全面,管理手段滞后等问题,严重制约了人事档案工作开展的效率。这就要求不断改进人事档案管理方法,让其信息价值功能得到最大化发挥。
With the rapid development of information society,timely and accurate information is crucial for scien tific decision-making.At the same time,those information function plays a vital role in the rational utilization of personnel file resources and the scientific allocation of human resources.However,due to various realistic rea sons,the problems of weak managements,single contents,lagged and incomplete ways exist in the personnel file work,which has seriously restricted the efficiency.Thus,continuously improve the method of personnel file management,give full play to the function of information value.
