音乐疗法干预玻璃体切割硅油填充术后护理的应用性研究

Application of Personalized Music Therapy in Comfortable Nursing of Patients after Vitrectomy Combined with Silicone Oil Tamponade

目的探讨个性化音乐疗法对玻璃体切割硅油填充术后患者舒适护理的影响。方法选取我院2018年4月~2018年12月收治的行“玻璃体切割硅油填充术”的患者64例,随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组予常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上给予个性化的音乐疗法。护理人员根据舒适度量表对两组患者在术后第一日、第三日、第五日进行舒适度量表评分、满意度评分并记录不良反应发生率,比较两组得分情况及不良反应发生率。结果干预组在舒适度量表评分及满意度评分方面均高于对照组,不良反应发生率均低于对照组。结论个性化音乐疗法能够提升玻璃体切割硅油填充术后患者的舒适度及满意度,降低不良反应发生率,有利于患者疾病康复。

Objective To explore the effect of personalized music therapy on postoperative comfortable nursing of vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade.Methods 64 patients who underwent vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade from April 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the intervention group was given personal ized music therapy on the basis of routine nursing.According to the comfort scale questionnaire,the nurses scored the comfort scale,satisfaction scale and the incidence of complications on the first,third and fifth day after opera tion.The scores and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of comfort scale and satisfaction in the intervention group given personalized music therapy were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than those in the control group.Conclusion Per sonalized music therapy can improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients after vitrectomy combined with sili cone oil tamponade,reduce the incidence of complications,and is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
