Research on Problems and Strategies of Information Resources Development in New Types of “the Belt and Road” Think Tanks

[目的/意义]面向"一带一路"倡议需求,为了推进"一带一路"智库信息资源建设,亟需采取正确的信息资源开发策略。[方法/过程]我国"一带一路"智库信息资源开发仍处于初级阶段,尚未建立起"一带一路"新型智库信息资源服务体系,形成有效的共建共享机制。[结果/结论]通过加强整体规划,坚持政策导向,注重信息资源的积累与整合,积极组建智库合作信息联盟,推进"一带一路"专题数据库建设,以加强"一带一路"新型智库信息资源开发,保障智库信息情报需求。

[Purpose/significance]On“the Belt and Road”initiative,it is necessary to adopt the correct information resource development strategy in order to promote the information resources construction in“the Belt and Road”think tank.[Method/process]The development of information resources of“the Belt and Road”think tank in our country is still in its primary stage.Neither the new types of“the Belt and Road”think tank information resource service system has been established,nor an effective co-construction and sharing mechanism has been formed.[Result/conclusion]By strengthening overall planning with policy guidance,and the information resources accumulation and integration,it is better to actively build a cooperative information alliance of think tanks,promote“the Belt and Road”thematic database construction,in order to strengthen the information resources development of the new think tank of“the Belt and Road”,and maintain the information and intelligence demand of think tanks.
