摘要
[目的]探讨外源硅配施沼液对大葱紫斑病抗性和苗期生长的影响。[方法]在光照培养箱环境下,研究单施硅、沼液及硅配施沼液对大葱紫斑病抗性和苗期生长的作用效果差异。[结果]硅配施沼液显著提升了大葱与抗病相关酶活性,紫斑病抗性显著提高,根叶功能增强,从而促进了苗期生长。[结论]大葱苗期植株喷施1.4 mmol/L Si+冲施纯沼液22 500 kg/hm^2可作为大葱防病丰产的重要技术措施加以应用。
[Objective]The aim was to explore effects of exogenous silicon combined with biogas slurry on the resistance of purple spot and seedling growth in welsh onion.[Method]In light growth incubator,different effects of exogenous silicon,biogas slurry and exogenous silicon combined with biogas slurry on the resistance of purple spot and seedling growth were studied.[Result]The treatment of exogenous silicon combined with biogas slurry promoted the resistance of purple spot and function of leaves and roots significantly,resulting in seedling growth promoted.[Conclusion]Application of 1.4 mmol/L Si+22 500 kg/hm^2 of pure biogas slurry in welsh onion seedling could be used as an important technical measure to prevent disease and get high yields.
