可用于空气过滤垫的抗菌聚氨酯软泡的制备及性能 被引量:1

Preparation and Properties of Antibacterial Polyurethane Foam for Air Filtration Pads

摘要 以聚醚多元醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为主要原料,分别用负载铜、负载CTAB和负载铜 CTAB的蒙脱土为抗菌剂,制得抗菌型软质聚氨酯泡沫材料。采用X射线衍射分析蒙脱土及负载抗菌剂蒙脱土的结构,测试了聚氨酯泡沫材料的力学性能和泡孔结构,用OD600方法表征抗菌剂的抗菌能力。结果表明,负载铜 CTAB后,蒙脱土片层间距从1.2 nm最大增加到2.4 nm;载铜 CTAB蒙脱土对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效率高达94%和98%以上,所制得的抗菌聚氨酯泡沫材料表现出良好的抗菌效果。 Antibacterial flexible polyurethane foam was prepared with diphenylmethane diisocyanate and poly ether polyol as main raw materials.Copper loaded montmorillonite,CTAB loaded montmorillonite,copper&CTAB loaded montmorillonite were used as antibacterial agent,respectively.The structure of montmorillonite and antibacterial agent loaded montmorillonites were investigated with XRD method.The antibacterial performances of antibacterial agents were characterized by OD600.The antibacterial properties and mechanical performances of the polyurethane foam were also studied.The results showed that the interlayer spacing of montmorillonites loaded with antibacterial agent increased from 1.2 nm to 2.4 nm.The inhibition rates of antibacterial agent against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus reached 94%and 98%,respectively.The flexible polyurethane foam was showed good antibacterial property.
