摘要
着重研究了低挥发性有机物(VOC)含量的高活性聚醚多元醇JQN 330NG合成中,精制工艺的确定以及抗氧剂的添加方式及添加量。采用优化工艺合成的聚醚多元醇JQN 330NG几乎无气味,醛含量低,并且其制备的高回弹聚氨酯泡沫气味等级和VOC含量均较低。
The determination of refining process and the adding method of antioxidant in the synthesis of JQN 330NG polyether polyol with low volatile organic compound(VOC)content and high activity were studied.The polyether polyol JQN 330NG synthesized by the optimized process had almost no odor and low aldehyde content.The high resilience polyurethane foam based on JQN 330NG had lower odor level and VOC content.
