烘干温度对石墨烯单层涂层织物电磁性能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 课题以锦纶为基布,以聚氨酯为基体,以石墨烯为功能粒子,采用涂层工艺制备了石墨烯单层涂层织物。重点研究了烘干温度对石墨烯单层涂层织物的电磁性能的影响。结果表明:在0 MHz^1000 MHz频率范围内,烘干温度为80℃时,石墨烯单层涂层织物的介电常数实部最大,即该材料的极化能力最强;烘干温度为100℃时,石墨烯单层涂层织物的介电常数虚部最大,即该材料对电磁波的损耗能力最强;烘干温度对损耗角正切值影响不大;在0 MHz^40 MHz频率范围内,烘干温度为120℃时,石墨烯单层涂层织物的屏蔽效能最大,对电磁波的屏蔽能力最强。 Nylon was taken as the base fabric,polyurethane as the matrix,graphene as the functional particles,and the coating process was adopted to prepare graphene monolayer coated fabric.The effects of drying temperature on the electromagnetic and mechanical properties of graphene monolayer coated fabrics were studied.The results showed that in the frequency range of 0-1000 MHz,when the drying temperature was 80℃,the real part of the dielectric constant of graphene monolayer coated fabric was the largest,that was,the material had the strongest polarization ability.When the drying temperature was 100℃,the imaginary part of the dielectric constant of graphene monolayer coated fabric was the largest,that was,the material had the strongest loss ability to electromagnetic waves.Drying temperature had little effect on loss tangent.In the frequency range of 0-40 MHz,when the drying temperature was 120℃,the graphene monolayer coated fabric had the greatest shielding efficiency and the strongest shielding ability to electromagnetic waves.
