基于图论的麻灰纱混纺均匀度定量评价

摘要 研究利用图论的最小生成树原理,通过颗粒间理想距离的定义,建立了麻灰纱纤维分布均匀度定量评价模型。经过实验对三组麻灰纱切片图像的整体均匀度、均匀分布稳定性、黑纤维所占比例稳定性三个方面进行了定量评价。结果表明,基于图论的麻灰纱混纺均匀度定量评价模型,在样本、参数一致的条件下具有结果稳定、计算速度快、量化明确,无人为因素干扰的优点。模型能较理想地完成麻灰纱纤维均匀度定量评价,是一种新颖且有效的评价模型和方法。 Based on the principle of minimum spanning tree and definition of the ideal distance between particles,a quantitative evaluation model for the distribution uniformity of rough grey yarn fiber was established. Three groups of rough grey yarn slice images were selected to have a quantitative evaluation on three aspects such as the overall uniformity,uniform distribution stability,the stability of black fiber proportion. Results showed that under the condition of the same sample and parameters,the quantitative evaluation model of blended yarn uni- formity based on graph theory had the advantages of stable result,fast calculation,clear quantification and non- interference. The model could be used to quantitatively evaluate the uniformity of rough grey yarn,which was a novel and effective evaluation model and method.
