摘要
对氢氧化钠溶液(碱减量)处理后的涤纶织物进行丝素/纳米银改性研究,旨在改善碱减量涤纶织物的耐磨、透气与表面光洁等性能。通过丝素浓度、丝素银氨混合体积比以及浴比三因素的正交试验和显微镜表面观察,并对改性涤纶织物的断裂强力、起毛起球、悬垂、透气等性能进行测试,探讨了改性工艺。结果表明:当丝素浓度为0.8g/L、丝素与银氨溶液混合体积比为7∶3、浴比为1∶50时,织物的悬垂系数提高了51.9%,透气率提高了6倍,抗起毛起球等级提高,但织物的断裂强力稍有下降。
Silk fibroin/nano-silver modification of polyester fabric treated with sodium hydroxide solution(alkali decrement)was studied in order to improve the wear-resisting,breathable and smooth surface properties of alkali decrement polyester fabric.Through orthogonal test and microscopic observation of three factors such as concentration of silk,volume ratio of silk fibroin-silver ammonia mixture and bath ratio,the properties of breaking strength,pilling,drapery and breathability of modified polyester fabric were tested,and the modification process was discussed.The results showed that when the concentration of silk fibroin was 0.8g/L,the mixing volume ratio of silk fibroin and silver ammonia solution was 7:3,and the bath ratio was 1:50,the drapability coefficient of the fabric increased by 51.9%,the permeability rate increased 6 times,the anti-pilling grade increased,but the breaking strength of the fabric slightly decreased.
