天然植物染料苏木的提取

Extraction of Natural Plant Dye Hematoxylin

采用正交试验,讨论了温度、时间、加水量、碳酸钠四个因素对提取苏木色素的影响。结果表明,在天然植物染料苏木提取的过程中,提取温度是最重要的影响因素,其次是提取时间。确定苏木染液提取的最佳工艺为:提取温度90℃,提取时间50min,加水量150mL/g,碳酸钠用量4g/L。

Orthogonal test was adopted. The effects of temperature,time,water addition and sodium carbonate on the extraction of hematoxylin were discussed. The results showed that during the extraction process, temperature was the most important factors and time was the next one. The optimal extraction process was: extracting temperature was 90℃,extracting time 50min,water addition 150mL /g and dosage of sodium carbonate 4g /L.
