CONE法研究ATH和ZB对竹粉/LLDPE 复合材料的阻燃抑烟作用 被引量:2

摘要 利用锥形量热仪(CONE)研究氢氧化铝(ATH)和硼酸锌(ZB)对竹粉/线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)复合材料的阻燃抑烟作用。结果表明:ATH和ZB阻燃剂降低了竹粉/LLDPE复合材燃烧过程中的热释放速率(HRR)、总热释放量(THR)、平均热释放速率(m-HRR)、平均有效燃烧热(m-EHC)、总烟释放量(TSP)、一氧化碳释放量(COP)、二氧化碳释放量(CO2P)和平均比消光面积(m-SEA)等热、烟释放参数,减少了复合材燃烧的质量损失(ML),延长了复合材的点燃时间(TTI),具有很好的阻燃抑烟作用。其中,ATH与ZB复配阻燃剂对热释放的抑制效果最好,ZB对烟释放的抑制效果最好。ZB能使复合材燃烧产生的CO转化为CO 2,从而减少了毒气的产生和释放。综合分析,ATH与ZB复配阻燃剂对竹粉/LLDPE复合材具有良好的阻燃抑烟作用。 In this paper,the effect of aluminium hydroxides(ATH)and zinc borate(ZB)on fire-retardant and smoke-suppressant of bamboo flour/LLDPE composites were researched by cone calorimeter(CONE).The results showed that flame retardants of ATH and ZB had positive effects on decreasing heat and smoke parameters which the heat release rate(HRR),total heat release(THR),mean heat release rate(m-HRR),mean effective heat combustion(m-EHC),total smoke production(TSP),carbon monoxide production(COP),carbon dioxide production(CO2P),and mean specific extinction area(m-SEA)were included when composites subjected to combustion.Meanwhile,the mass loss(ML)of composite had reduced,and the time to ignition(TTI)of composite had prolonged,indicating efficient fire-retardant and smoke-suppressant.The flame retardant compounded by ATH and ZB was obvious in inhibiting heat release of composites in combustion process,the smoke suppression effect of ZB was.Toxic gas represented by CO could be catalyzed into CO 2 by the use of ZB,and thereby the produce and release of toxic gas reduced.he flame retardant compounded by ATH and ZB has a good effect in fire-retardant and smoke-suppressant of bamboo flour/LLDPE composites.
