摘要 针对传统的库房环境监控系统布线复杂、集成度低、可靠性差等问题,设计了一套多通信模式库房环境监控系统。系统主要由一个控制器和若干个环境监测器组成。环境监测器挂载多种传感器,对库房内环境参数进行采集,控制器通过RS485总线或ZigBee无线模块获取各个环境监测器的数据,如发生异常则进行语音报警并对库房内指定设备执行控制,使库房内环境恢复正常。经过实地测试,本系统具有良好的可靠性、稳定性和扩展性,适合实验室、档案馆、图书馆等多种场合,具有较好的应用推广价值。 Aiming at the problems of complicated wiring,low integration and poor reliability of traditional warehouse monitoring systems,a multi-communication mode warehouse environment monitoring system is designed.The system consists of one controller and several environmental monitors.Each monitor contains various sensors which can detect different environmental parameters in warehouse.The controller requires those data from every monitor through RS485 bus or Zigbee wireless module.If something wrong happens,a voice alarming module will work and control specific equipment to make the parameters in a normal range.This system has a good quality in reliability,stability and scalability after testing at laboratory,archives,libraries and other occasions,which is also proved to have a good value in promotion.
