电气及自动化类实验室安全管理探索

Exploration of laboratory safety management for college electrical and automation

针对高校电气及自动化专业各类实验室的运行和教学特点,从实验室布局、运行、发展等各个方面分析目前各类实验室存在的安全隐患,并进行了汇总。经分析电气及其自动化类实验室的主要安全隐患是电气火灾危害和触电危害。同时结合高校对实验室开放式实验教学全新需求,把大学生人身财产的安全作为总出发点,提出了该类实验室硬件改造的方案和相应的实验室安全管理要求,可有效降低实验室的安全风险,保障学生、教师和学校的生命财产安全。

Aiming at operation and teaching characteristics of various laboratories for college electrical and automation,this paper analyzes the potential safety hazards of the laboratories in terms of laboratory layout,operation,development,etc.and summarizes them.After analysis,the main safety hazards of electrical and automation laboratories are electrical fire hazards and electric shock hazards.At the same time,combine with the new needs of colleges and universities for open laboratory teaching.Taking the safety of college students’personal property as the general starting point,the paper proposes hardware renovation plan for and the corresponding laboratory safety management requirements of the laboratories.It can effectively reduce the safety risks of the laboratory and protect the lives and property of students,teachers and college.
