基于辽宁省动植物标本大赛的本科生创新创业能力培养的研究与实践

Research and practice on the cultivation of undergraduates’ innovative ability based on the animal and plant specimen making competition of Liaoning Province

辽宁省大学生动植物标本大赛为高校本科生提供了一个创新实践能力培养的平台。基于这一平台,辽宁师范大学生命科学学院经过多年的实践,成功搭建了本科生创新创业实践平台,创立了“三创五阶段”的人才培养模式,形成了本科生创新能力培养和社会服务相结合的特色服务体系。研究结果将推动我院创新人才培养模式的改革,并对同类院校实践教学模式的改革有重要的示范作用。

The animal and plant specimen making competition of Liaoning Province provides a platform for undergraduate students to cultivate their innovative and practical abilities.Based on this platform,school of life science,Liaoning Normal University has successfully built an innovative and entrepreneurial practice platform for undergraduate students,created a“three creation five stages”training mode,and formed a special service system which combines the cultivation of undergraduate innovation ability and social service.The research would not only promote the reform of the training mode of innovative talents in our institute,but also play an important exemplary role in the reform of the practical teaching mode in similar universities.
