胫骨内侧残留骨赘对活动平台单髁膝关节置换术后疗效的影响 被引量:3

Influences of medial tibia residual osteophytes on following mobile bearing unicompartmental knee arthroplasty

摘要 目的探讨内侧残留骨赘对活动平台单髁膝关节置换术(UKA)临床疗效的影响。方法回顾分析自2014年6月至2017年9月在内蒙古自治区人民医院骨关节科因膝关节前内侧骨关节炎接受活动平台UKA的82例患者的病历资料。经X线测量后根据有、无残留骨赘分为研究组(33例)和对照组(49例)。记录并比较两组术前及术后的美国膝关节协会评分(KSS)以及是否存在术后内侧膝关节疼痛。结果随访时间平均为23.6(12~38)个月,残留骨赘大小平均为4.16(2.17~8.96)mm。两组KSS疼痛评分(49.11分比48.46分,P=0.76)、功能评分(86.73分比85.12分,P=0.81)和膝关节评分(98.71分比98.65分,P=0.62)比较差异无统计学意义,无膝关节内侧疼痛。结论活动平台UKA术后残留骨赘患者与无残留骨赘患者具有良好且相似的临床结果。 Objective To explore the influences of medial tibia residual osteophytes on following mobile bearing unicompartmental knee arthroplasty(UKA).Methods From June 2014 to September 2017,a retrospective study on data of 82 patients underwent mobile bearing UKA for knee anteromdial osteoarthritis,was conducted.The patients were divided into two groups with(study group,33 patients)and without(control group,49 patients)residual osteophytes according to X-ray measurement.The American Keen Society Score(KSS)knee scores,functional score,pain scores and the presence of reported medial knee pain were compared between the two groups.Results The follow-up time was 12-38 months(mean 23.6),and the residual osteophyte sizes ranged from 2.17 to 8.96 mm(mean 4.16 mm).There were no significant difference between the two groups in KSS pain scores(49.11 vs 48.46,P=0.76),functional scores(86.73 vs 85.12,P=0.81)and knee scores(98.71 vs 98.65,P=0.62).No one complained of medial knee joint pain.Conclusion The patients with residual osteophytes have good and similar clinical outcomes as patients without residual osteophytes after following mobile bearing UKA.
