摘要
采用化学与生物学活性结合的二级组合筛选模型对红树林植物海莲内生真菌进行筛选,得到优势菌株Pestalotiopsis sp.,从中分离得到4个甾体化合物,通过1 H NMR、13 C NMR及MS等现代波谱技术对其进行结构解析,并结合相关文献数据,鉴定化合物分别为:3β-(E)-feruloyllupeol、stigmastan-3-one、β-sitosterol和sitost-5-en-3β-ol acetate,其中化合物分别3β-(E)-feruloyllupeol为首次从红树林内生真菌中分离得到。对4个化合物进行清除DPPH、ABTS自由基以及抗菌活性测试,结果显示,所有化合物均无抗菌、抗氧化活性。
The active endophytic fungi from the mangrove Bruguiera sexangula were screened with secondary combination screening model combining chemical and biological activities.The Pestalotiopsis sp.was obtained,from which four steroids were isolated and identified.The four compounds were identified as 3β-E-feruloyllupeol,stigmastan-3-one,β-sitosterol,sitost-5-en-3β-ol acetate based on spectral data and literature comparison.Among them,3β-(E)-feruloyllupeol was first isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus.The four compounds were tested for DPPH,ABTS free radical and antibacterial activity.The results showed that all compounds had no antibacterial and antioxidant activities.
