云南农村集体经济发展的现状及对策

The Status Quo and Countermeasures of Rural Collective Economic Development in Yunnan Province

村级集体经济的发展及壮大是提高农民收入、实现乡村振兴和全面建成小康社会的必然要求。通过与云南省财政厅农村综合改革处,开远市、屏边县、牟定县林业局、农业局、供销社、统战部等相关部门座谈,结合对相关村、企业、合作社等实地走访和调查的情况,分析了云南村级集体经济发展的成效及经验,探讨了发展中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。

The development and expansion of the village-level collective economy is an inevitable requirement for raising farmers′income,realizing rural revitalization and building a well-off society in an all-round way.Through discussing with the relevant department in Rural Comprehensive Reform Department of Yunnan Provincial Finance Department,Forestry Bureau in Kaiyuan City,Pingbian and Mouding County,Agriculture Bureau,Supply and Marketing Cooperative,United Front Work Department,as well as visiting and investigating the village,enterprises,cooperatives,etc,this study analyzed the achievements and experiences of the village-level collective economic development in Yunnan Province,explored the problems existing in them,and proposed corresponding solutions.
