摘要
为有效减少建筑工人不安全行为发生,参考和研究大量建设安全培训、体验式学习理论及虚拟现实技术有关的文献,结合我国目前建筑工人安全培训的现状,构建了基于“EL+VR”的建筑安全培训模式。然后对该模式的4项组成要素(包括成员、目标、联系、“EL+VR”)进行了分析,将培训分为情景设计、体验、培训、检测效果4个实施阶段。该安全培训模式对纠正建筑工人不安全行为具有重要意义,也为建筑业安全培训研究提供了新的视角。
In order to effectively reduce the occurrence of unsafe behavior of construction workers,reference and research on a large number of documents and materials related to safety training,experiential learning theory and virtual reality technology,combined with the current situation of safety training for construction workers in China,based on"EL+VR""Building safety training model."The four components of the model,including members,goals,contacts,and“EL+VR”(theory and technical support)were analyzed,and the training was divided into four implementation stages:scenario design,experience,training,and detection effects.This safety training model is significant for correcting unsafe behavior of construction workers,and provides a new perspective for safety training research in the construction industry.
