长三角城市群节能减排效率评价及驱动因素研究

Study on the Efficiency Evaluation and Driving Factors of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction in the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomerations

为测度长三角城市群节能减排效率整体特征与区域差异,采用Malmquist-Luenberger指数方法考察长三角城市群节能减排效率的动态变化,并利用固定效应模型对影响节能减排效率的驱动因素进行深度分析。结果显示:从时间维度上看,长三角城市群整体的节能减排效率呈“M”型波动趋势;从地理空间分布角度看,不同都市圈的节能减排效率趋势的变化情况不同。此外,固定资产投资增速、劳动力投入、能源消耗增量与GML指数呈现显著负相关关系,第三产业比重与GML指数呈正相关关系。

In order to measure the overall characteristics and regional differences of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations′energy-saving&emission reduction efficiency.Malmquist-Luenberger index method is used to investigate the dynamic changes of energy saving and emission reduction efficiency in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations,and the fixed effect model is used to analyse the driving factors affecting energy saving and emission reduction efficiency in depth.The results show that from the perspective of time dimension,the overall energy-saving&emission reduction efficiency of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations shows"M"type fluctuation trend.From the perspective of geospatial distribution,the trends of energy saving and emission reduction efficiency in different cities are different.The growth rate of fixed asset investment,labor input,energy consumption increment and GML index show a significant negative correlation,the proportion of tertiary industry and GML index is positively correlated.
