经济发展与环境污染的协调度分析:以武汉为例

Analysis on Coordination Degree Between Economic Development and Environmental Pollution: Take Wuhan as an Example

经济发展一直是人类社会发展的头等大事,如何协调经济发展与环境之间的关系涉及到社会发展和人类文明的可持续发展。以武汉为例,从对比分析、趋势分析、因子分析3个维度分别探究经济发展与环境污染协调度差异、经济发展与环境污染协调度变化的总体趋势与微观趋势,厘清经济发展与环境污染协调度指数的变化机理,通过模型测算出每单位经济增长变化下的环境污染变化情况,提出经济发展做加法(提高城市经济发展速度)和做减法(降低城市环境污染恶化速度)策略,这对于促进环境安全状态下经济高质量发展具有重要意义。

Economic development has always been a top priority for the development of human society,how to pursue the most important relationship between economic development and environmental degradation involves social.Taking Wuhan as an example,from the three dimensions of comparative analysis,trend analysis and factor analysis,the paper respectively explores the difference of coordination degree between economic development and environmental pollution and the overall trend and micro trend of the change of coordination degree between economic development and environmental pollution.It clarifies the change mechanism of the coordination degree index between economic development and environmental pollution,through the model,the environmental pollution changes under the change of economic growth per unit can be calculated.This paper puts forward the strategies of addition(to improve the speed of urban economic development)and subtraction(to reduce the speed of urban environmental pollution deterioration).This strategy is of great significance to promote high-quality economic development under the condition of environmental safety.
