摘要 [目的]研究3个油用牡丹品种的抗旱性。[方法]以油用牡丹品种凤丹、琉璃冠珠、冰山雪莲为试材,采用田间鉴定法,对3个品种油用牡丹进行逐渐干旱处理,研究逐渐干旱过程中叶片相对含水量、相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量及叶绿素含量等生理生化指标的动态变化。[结果]在干旱胁迫过程中,3个品种油用牡丹的叶片相对含水量和叶绿素含量均逐渐降低;相对电导率、MDA含量、可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量均呈逐渐升高的趋势。在处理MDA含量数据时发现,冰山雪莲在干旱胁迫10 d时与对照(1 d)比较,差异不显著;琉璃冠珠干旱胁迫20 d与10 d比较,差异显著;其他指标的差异性均达显著水平。[结论]3个品种油用牡丹的抗旱性由强到弱依次为凤丹、冰山雪莲、琉璃冠珠。该研究为干旱区引种油用牡丹品种选择提供了科学依据。 [Objective]To study the drought resistance of three varieties of oil peony.[Method]The oil peony varieties of Fengdan,Liuliguanzhu and Bingshanxuelian were used as the test materials,then treated with gradual drought by field identification method.During the gradual drought,the dynamic changes of physiological and biochemical characteristics were studied such as the relative water content of leaves,relative electric conductivity,content of malondialdehyde(MDA),content of soluble sugar,content of free proline and content of chlorophyll.[Result]The relative water content and chlorophyll content of the leaves of the three cultivars decreased gradually during drought stress,and the content of MDA,soluble sugar and free proline increased gradually.When we processed the MDA content data,it was found that there was no significant difference between the 10 th day and the control,and the difference was not significant between the 20 th day and the 10 th day,and the differences of other indexes were all significant.[Conclusion]The order of drought resistance of oil peony from big to small is Fengdan,Bingshanxuelian and Liuliguanzhu.The study provided scientific basis for the introduction of oil peony in arid areas.
