烟叶发育状况与其感官评吸质量关系研究

Study on the Relationship between the Development Conditions and the Quality of Sensory Evaluation of Tobacco Leaves

[目的]明确烤烟烟叶发育状况与其感官评吸质量的关系。[方法]对2014—2016年取自全国9个省的烤烟烟叶样品进行外观品质以及评吸质量检测鉴定,对所得数据按年份进行相关分析。[结果]描述性统计结果显示,烟叶叶片特征指标和感官评吸指标在所取样本间变幅不大,各项指标平均值属于中等偏上水平,变异系数变化不大。简单相关分析结果表明,与烤烟评吸质量相关的各项指标因烟区、年份不同而与烟叶发育物理指标间呈现不同的相关性。其中香气质、香气量及刺激性等与叶长、叶宽、开片度及单叶重之间相关性较显著(P<0.05)。[结论]该研究为工业企业的烟叶原料采购和合理利用提供科学依据。

[Objective]The research aimed to clarify the relationship between the development conditions and sensory evaluation of flue-cured tobacco.[Method]The appearance quality and sensory evaluation of flue-cured tobacco samples from 9 provinces in 2014-2016 were detected.Correlation analysis was performed on the data.[Result]Descriptive statistics showed that the characteristics and sensory evaluation indexes of tobacco leaves were not different between the samples,the mean value of each index was above the average level,the variation coefficient changed slightly.The simple correlation analysis showed that the sensory evaluation indexes of flue-cured tobacco showed a different correlation with the development conditions,because of different growing areas and different years.The correlation of aroma quality,aroma quantity and irritation was significant with leaf length,leaf width,leaf openness and leaf weight.[Conclusion]The research provides a scientific basis for the procurement and rational utilization of tobacco leaf raw materials for industrial enterprises.
