摘要
茶叶清洁化生产是茶叶产业发展的必然趋势。阐述了茶叶清洁化生产课程的教学现状和存在的问题,分别从理论教学和实践教学环节进行了探讨,并提出了相应建议,以期为茶叶清洁化生产课程的优化设置提供参考。
Tea cleaner production is an inevitable trend in the development of the tea industry.In this paper,the author discussed the current situation and existing problems in the teaching of tea cleaner production course and gave suggestions from the theoretical teaching and practical teaching aspects,so as to provide reference for the optimization of tea cleaner production course.
