摘要 在媒体融合的发展趋势下,北京电台结合自身发展需要,自主研发的融合型制播平台“讯听云”项目以云计算技术作为引领和支撑,实现广播内容生产流程的再造,向用户提供智能化、个性化的服务,提高版权管理有效性,实现“上下联动、内容共享”的整体发展局面,有效促进电台内容资源整合,全面提升综合管理水平、提高信息使用效率、降低整体运行成本,提升北京电台主流媒体的传播力、公信力和影响力。本文基于此项目背景,阐述了北京电台融合型直播平台“讯听云”设计思路及整体架构。 The integrated production and broadcasting platform"Hearing Cloud",which is independently developed by Beijing People's Radio Station under the supports of cloud computing technology to follow the trend of media convergence.It realizes the reengineering of content production process in radio stations and the overall development of the"up-down linkage and content share",provides intelligent and personalized services.It is good to improve the efficiency of copyright management and information use,reduce the overall operating costs.It effectively promotes the integration of radio content resources,comprehensively improves the level of integrated management,and enhances the dissemination,credibility and influence of Beijing Radio's mainstream media.This paper describes the design concept and overall structure of integrated live broadcasting platform"Hearing Cloud"of Beijing Radio Station.
