摘要
本文对县级应急广播系统建设方案,特别是农村大喇叭系统部署实施方案进行了归纳总结,认为基于FM-RDS或FM-CDR覆盖,并结合大喇叭系统的县级应急广播是一种比较可靠、有效的技术模式,对县级应急广播系统建设的继续向前推进有着积极的意义。
This paper summarizes the construction scheme of county emergency broadcasting system,especially the deployment and implementation of rural loudspeaker system.It is believed that county emergency broadcasting based on FM-RDS or FM-CDR and combined with loudspeaker system is a more reliable and effective technical scheme,which has a positive significance for the further development of county emergency broadcasting system construction.
