In the new era,the NRTA has launched the smart broadcasting initiative as the direction for China’s broadcasting industry.The comprehensive understanding and grasping the essence of smart broadcasting will help the industry,especially those who work in the field of broadcasting network,to locate the critical and breakthrough points in future works,and solidly promote high-quality development.In this paper,we will try to explain the intension of smart broadcasting,in aspects of ideology,technologies,services,fund and personnel.It is hoped as a good starting step.
