摘要 中学生物教师培训是中学生物教师提高教学能力、推动专业发展的有效途径。对广西25名中学生物教师进行访谈,了解到中学生物教师培训存在以下问题:培训体系不够完善、培训需求考虑不深、培训师资水平有差异、教师自我认识错位。为提高中学生物教师培训的质量,相应对策是建构连贯、分层的教师培训体系,考虑培训的多元需求,提高培训组织机构的专业性,注重培训设计的科学性、多样性。 The training of in-service biology teacher is an effective way to improve teaching ability and promote professional development of middle school biology teachers.This study interviewed 25 middle school biology teachers in Guangxi,and found out the following problems in the training of middle school biology teachers:the quality of training is uneven in different regions and at different levels;the construction of training system is inadequate;the training demand is complex;the evaluation of institutions is inadequate;the organizational ability of training institutions and the level of training teachers need to be improved,and teachers'understanding of professional development is insufficient,and so on.In order to improve the quality of in-service biology teacher training in middle schools,the countermeasures are as follows:constructing a coherent and hierarchical teacher training system,considering the multiple needs analysis of training,improving the professionalism of training organizations,and paying attention to the scientificity,diversity and systematicness of training design.
