The implementation of the most stringent water resources management system was Expounded during the“13th Five-Year Plan”period in Huizhou City,and the completion status and implementation effects of the“three red lines”of water resources management were analyzed,it is concluded that significant results of water resources management have been achieved in Huizhou.Through in-depth analysis of existing problems,the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions are put forward,which will promote the water resources management of Huizhou City to a new height effectively,and will promote the implementation of the most stringent water resources management system,and will provide favorable support for water security in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao.
