Application of Sludge-water Balanced Pipe Jacking Construction Technology in Hongling Irrigation Area Project

为有效解决局部地区水资源匮乏及农业灌溉和城乡供水问题,国家大力开工建设了一批水利灌区工程,而水利灌区工程多为线型工程,穿越多个市县、乡镇,具有“点多、线长、面广”的特点。在这种情况下,渠道因征地、三线迁移、穿越重要等级公路、铁路、高铁等办理施工手续复杂、耗时,且施工中影响现有交通通行,严重滞缓了施工进度。为有效解决上述问题,积极采用了非开挖施工技术。该文对泥水平衡式顶管主要施工工法进行了详细阐述。

In order to effectively solve the problems of water shortage in some areas,agricultural irrigation and water supply in urban and rural areas,the state has vigorously started to construct a number of water conservancy irrigation district projects,and water conservancy irrigation district projects are mostly linear projects,crossing many cities,counties and townships,with the characteristics of“many points,long lines and wide areas”.In this case,due to land expropriation,three-line migration,crossing important grade highways,railways,high-speed railways and other complex and time-consuming construction procedures,and the impact of existing traffic in the construction,seriously delaying the construction progress.In order to effectively solve the above problems,trenchless construction technology is actively adopted.In this paper,the main construction methods of slurry balance pipe jacking are elaborated in detail.
