摘要
基于广东省水情遥测系统数据接收方式为树枝状分散接收的状况,在新的技术条件下,为了加快推进“互联网+现代水利”行动计划的实施,促进我省水利信息化资源整合共享,广东省水文局将全省水情遥测系统的数据接收方式转为云平台接收,即在新的通信规约框架下,水雨情遥测站均采用GPRS/GSM为遥测主信道组网方式将水雨情数据发至云平台,构成了相对集中的水雨情自动测报系统,进一步提高了水雨情数据传输的时效性和可靠性。
Since the data acceptance method of rainwater remote monitor system in Guangdong Province is disperse acceptance in branch,the data acceptance method of rainwater remote monitor system has been transformed to acceptance by cloud platform in the whole province with the new technology,so as to accelerate the implementation of“Internet+modern conservancy”action plan and advance the integration and sharing of provincial conservancy information resources.Under this new communication convention framework,all water remote monitor station will take use of GPRS/GSM as major remote monitor channel method to send rainwater data to cloud platform to build a relatively concentrated automatic monitor and report system for rainwater situation,thus further improving the effectiveness and liability of rainwater data transmission.
