医院档案管理及其信息化建设的思考

Thinking on Hospital Archives Management and Information Construction

档案的信息化建设可以减少档案传递过程中人力、物力、财力的耗费,节约时间,提高效率。随着大数据技术的广泛深入应用,作为大数据载体的信息化档案管理显得更加重要,档案管理部门正在将更多精力投入到开发利用档案价值的工作中,医院的信息系统正在向着更高级、更实用的方向发展。在科学技术不断发展的今天,将现代信息技术引入医院档案建设,推进医院档案管理信息化势在必行。但总体来看,目前医院档案管理信息化还存在着认识不到位、专业能力不足、体系尚不完善等差距。本文结合青海省第三人民医院档案管理实践,提出对策和建议。

The information construction of archives can reduce the cost of human,material and fi nancial resources in the process of archives transmission,save time and improve efficiency.With the extensive and indepth application of big data technology,the information-based fi le management as the carrier of big data becomes more and more important.The archives management department is devoting more energy to the development and utilization of archives value,and the hospital information system is developing towards a more advanced and practical direction.With the continuous development of science and technology,it is imperative to introduce modern information technology into the construction of hospital archives and promote the informatization of hospital archives management.However,in general,there are still gaps in the hospital's understanding of archives management information,professional ability and system.Based on the practice of archives management in the Third People's Hospital of Qinghai Province,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
