摘要
以管网压力控制曲线模型+变频器为平台,实现供水系统实时调度。依据SCADA数据构建水厂变流变压曲线,变频控制泵群沿此曲线运行,实现出厂压力随出厂流量变化而调节,满足管网末端供水压力需求且无多余扬程而节能,并且以简捷模式实现供水系统实时调度、水厂调度室实时监控预警、水司调度中心远程实时监控预警、运营参数实时分析显示辅助决策等综合管理功能,在智能水务框架内构成低碳供水实时调度平台。
Real-time scheduling of the water supply system is realized by using the pipe network pressure control curve model + frequency converter as the platform. According to the SCADA data, the variable pressure curve of the water plant is constructed, and the variable frequency control pump group runs along this curve to adjust the factory pressure with the change of the factory flow, meet the water supply pressure demand at the end of the pipe network and save energy without excess head, and realize the mode in a simple mode. Real-time dispatching of water supply system, real-time monitoring and early warning of water plant dispatching room, remote real-time monitoring and early warning of water dispatching center, real-time analysis of operational parameters and auxiliary decision-making, etc., constitute a low-carbon water supply real-time dispatching platform within the smart water service framework.
