摘要
功率单元的设计是高压变频器的核心。本文提出一种强制风冷方式的整流及逆变功率单元,通过理论计算、热仿真和实验测试,得到单元内部二极管和IGBT的温升情况。目前,装有该功率单元的高压变频器已在现场稳定运行。
The design of power unit is crucially important part of high power inverter. In this paper, a separate structure of power unit by forced air cooling is proposed. Temperature rise of diode and IGBT in the unit is obtained by comparison between theoretical calculation, thermal simulation and experimental measurement. The inverter equipped with the power unit has been running stably in the field.
