摘要
为了实现核心素养视域下教师教学设计创新,教师培训的课程设计应以先进的课程理念为指导;课程设计注重教育活动内在价值,注重活动过程的动态开发;课程管理上依据培训功能打造多维、立体的研修平台;培训中学员通过反思改造自己的过往经验,改变自己的的思维,行为改变也随之发生,培训取得了良好效果。
In order to realize the innovation of teacher teaching design under the core literacy perspective,the curriculum design of teacher training should be guided by advanced curriculum concepts.The curriculum design focuses on the intrinsic value of educational activities and focuses on the dynamic development of the activity process.The curriculum management is based on the training function to create a multi-dimensional and three-dimensional training platform.During the training,the trainees change their own past experiences through reflection,change their thinking and behaviors.The training has achieved good results.
