摘要
贫困地区幼儿园教师专业化发展进程缓慢,政府和教育行政部门要根据学前教育补短板、兜底线、保质量的原则,尊重学前教育规律和儿童发展规律,扩大贫困地区学前教育公办教师比重,提升幼师培养规模和学历层次,鼓励教师自身努力,加强在职幼师队伍培训,创设良好学前教育环境,形成贫困地区幼师专业化成长的正向舆论激励。
The professional development of kindergarten teachers in poverty-stricken areas is slow.The government and the education administrative department should respect the rules of pre-school education and the law of children’s development according to the principles of complementing short planks,adherence to the bottom line and quality assurance of pre-school education,expand the proportion of public pre-school teachers in poverty-stricken areas,raise the training scale and educational level of pre-school teachers,encourage teachers to work hard,strengthen the in-service training,create a good pre-school education environment,and form a positive public opinion incentive for the professional growth of preschool teachers in poverty-stricken areas.
