2015年敦煌佛爷庙湾——新店台墓群Ⅲ区西晋十六国墓葬发掘简报

The Excavation of the Burials of the Western Jin Dynasty to Sixteen——Kingdoms Period at Foyemiaowan-Xindiantai Cemetery in 2015

2015年11月至2016年2月,甘肃省文物考古研究所对敦煌佛爷庙湾——新店台墓群保护范围内的墓葬进行了考古发掘。其中Ⅲ区西晋十六国墓葬50座。此次发掘丰富了河西地区该时段的考古资料,对进一步研究河西地区的历史、文化、丧葬习俗等具有重要意义。

In November 2015 to February 2016,Gansu Provincial Institute of Cultural Relic and Archaeology conducted excavation to the burials within the conservation scope of the Foyemiaowan-Xindiantai Cemetery in Dunhuang,which recovered 50 burials of the Western Jin to the Sixteen-Kingdoms Period in Zone III.This excavation enriched the archaeological data of this period in the Hexi Corridor,which is also significantly meaningful for the further researches on the history,culture,funeral customs and other relevant issues of the Hexi Corridor area.
