摘要
大豆[Glycine max(L.)Merr.]连作及工业化肥滥用已对周边生态环境造成破坏,并导致大豆产量大幅度下降。微生物菌肥的使用有助于提高大豆产量、修复损伤土壤,弥补了中国在农业及生态业上的不足。深入研究微生物菌肥的特性一方面可以提高大豆的生物量、抗性及营养成分含量,另一方面可以提升土壤肥力及形成稳定的微生态系统等。从微生物菌肥的分类、微生物菌肥对大豆生物量、抗性及土壤性质的影响等方面进行了综述,旨在为微生物菌肥的实际应用提供参考依据。
Soybean[Glycine max(L.)Merr.]continuous cropping and abuse of industrial chemical fertilizer have destroyed the surrounding ecological environment,and led to a significant decline in soybean yield.The application of microbial fertilizer helps to improve soybean yield and repair damaged soil,which makes up for the deficiency of agriculture and ecological industry in China.On the one hand,in-depth study on the characteristics of microbial fertilizer can improve the biomass,resistance and nutrient content of soybean;on the other hand,it can improve soil fertility and form stable micro-ecosystem.The classification of microbial bacterial fertilizer,the effects of microbial bacterial fertilizer on soybean biomass,resistance and soil properties were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the practical application of microbial fertilizer.
