摘要 依据2011—2015年的土地利用现状数据,测算并分析10个试点县(市)土地利用强度与生态系统服务价值的相关性,从而确立生态敏感性指数,评价试点县(市)2011—2015年土地利用变化下的生态敏感性程度;具体提出试点县(市)的限制性因素,分析不同类型不同区域的耕地后备资源开发存在的问题。结果表明,低敏感区生态环境较为良好,地势较为平坦,不宜耕后备资源的主要限制因素少,有利于耕地后备资源的开发;中敏感区的限制因素较多,主要有土壤质地、土壤盐渍化、生态条件等,生态环境得不到保障,易受耕地后备资源开发影响,应充分考虑经济效益、社会效益和生态效益;高敏感区生态环境极易遭到破坏,限制耕地后备资源开发的因素多,开发后备资源时可根据实际情况,以改善自然生态环境为方向制定详细的开发规划和计划,进行水资源平衡分析。 According to the data of land use status from 2011 to 2015,the correlation between land use intensity and ecosystem service value of 10 pilot counties(cities)was calculated and analyzed,so as to establish the number of ecological sensitivity and evaluate the ecological sensitivity degree of pilot counties(cities)under land use change from 2011 to 2015.The restrictive factors of pilot counties(cities)were put forward,and the problems in the development of cultivated land reserve resources in different types and regions were analyzed.The results showed that the ecological environment of low sensitive areas is all right,and the terrain of low sensitive areas was relatively flat,and the main limiting factors of the unfavorable cultivated reserve resources are few,which were beneficial to the development of cultivated reserve resources;The middle sensitive areas’limiting factors were more,and there were mainly soil texture,soil salinization,ecological conditions etc.,and the ecological environment can’t be guaranteed and can be affected by the development of reserve cultivated land resources easily,which should full consider the economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits;The ecological environment of high sensitive areas was easily to be damaged,and the limiting factors of developing reserve cultivated land resources were more than middle sensitive areas’,when developing reserve cultivated land resources detailed development plan according to the actual situation can be made with the direction of improving the ecological environment,and the water balance analysis can be carried out.
