摘要
因地方鸡种禽白血病病毒(Avian leukosis virus,ALV)感染的严峻形势,对江汉鸡4个种群4个世代开展了禽白血病的检测与净化研究。结果表明,通过对不同发育阶段、不同性别的群体,采集不同的样品连续进行了4年的检测和净化,江汉鸡种群纯繁前(40~45周龄)公鸡精液ALV p27抗原检测平均阳性率从2015年的30.54%降至2018年的0.23%,母鸡蛋清样品ALV p27抗原检测平均阳性率从2015年的26.98%降至2018年的0.05%。在育雏结束、开产和纯繁前3个时间节点进行ALV p27抗原的检测,淘汰阳性个体,禽白血病净化效果明显,可为其他地方鸡种禽白血病的净化工作提供参考。
Based on the severe situation of avian leukosis virus infection in local chicken breeds,in this study,four generations of four Jianghan chicken populations were tested and purified for avian leukemia.The results showed that different samples were collected from different developmental stages and different sex groups for four consecutive years for detection and purification,the average positive rate of ALV p27 antigen in cock semen before pure breeding(40-45 weeks old)decreased from 30.54%in 2015 to 0.23%in 2018.The average positive rate of ALV p27 antigen in hen egg white samples decreased from 26.98%in 2015 to 0.05%in 2018.It can be seen that the detection of ALV p27 antigen at three time points before the end of brooding,the start of production and pure breeding can eliminate positive individuals,and the purification effect of avian leukemia is obvious,which can provide reference for the purification of avian leukemia in other places.
