摘要
泊松比取值对装药结构完整性分析结果有很大的影响,文中针对某固体火箭发动机装药进行了泊松比对低温点火下结构完整性的影响分析,采用有限元分析方法研究了温度载荷等效应变、压强载荷等效应变和泊松比如何合理选取等问题。结果表明该装药的温度载荷最大等效应变随泊松比增大而增大,而压强载荷最大等效应变随泊松比增大而减小,呈线性比例关系;该装药结构在低温点火环境下泊松比选取为0.493最为合理,且装药结构基本完整。
The Poisson’s ratio value has an effect on the analysis result of the structural integrity.In this paper,analysis of relation between Poisson’s ratio and structural integrity of solid rocket motor grain under the low temperature ignition environment.The equivalent strain of temperature and pressure is calculated by finite element method.Meanwhile,how to reasonably select Poisson’s ratio is analyzed.The results show that the maximum equivalent strain of the grain structural is increased when the Poisson’s ratio is increased.On the contrary,the maximum equivalent strain of the pressure is reduced,and the equivalent strain is linear.Poisson’s ratio of 0.493 is the most reasonable choice in the low temperature ignition environment,and the solid rocket motor grain is in good condition.
