摘要
针对弹药爆炸破片杀伤威力测试类试验爆炸破片靶前平均速度及着靶图像测试的需求,提出采用高速摄像机测试获取破片靶前平均速度及着靶图像的方法,并与梳状靶测试的靶前相同位置的破片平均速度测试数据进行对比分析,提出使用高速摄像机对破片靶前平均速度测试的3种不同测试方案,分别指出不同布设方案的优劣,确定了测试系统最优布设方案,并论述了其数据处理原理及过程,说明该方法能够完成破片着靶速度及图像的获取,可为后续相关试验的靶场测试工作提供一定的借鉴和指导。
Aiming at the requirement of testing the average velocity before the target and the image of the target in the test of the lethality of explosive fragments for ammunition explosive fragments,this paper proposes a method of obtaining the average velocity before the target and the image of the target by using high-speed camera test,and compares and analyses the average velocity test data of the fragments at the same position in front of the comb target test,and puts forward using the high-speed camera to detect the fragments.Three different test schemes for the average velocity test of fragments in front of target are pointed out.The advantages and disadvantages of different layout schemes are pointed out respectively.The optimal layout scheme of test system is determined.The principle and process of data processing are discussed.It is shown that the method can complete the acquisition of fragments’impact velocity and image.The conclusion that the method can provide some reference and guidance for the range test work of subsequent related experiments is drawn.
