摘要
5 羟色胺(5 hydroxytryptamine,5 HT)是普遍存在于人体组织的单胺类神经递质,具有广泛的生物学活性,调节胃肠道功能、血管紧张性及血压调节、止凝血过程及机体免疫等多种病理生理过程。同时,5 HT与恶性肿瘤的之间的关系十分密切,参与调控多种组织类型肿瘤的发生进展。本文就5 HT在消化道恶性肿瘤发生进展中的作用和所涉及的异常信号转导途径作一综述,为深入了解5 HT在消化道恶性肿瘤演变过程中所扮演的角色提供一定的认识。
As a well known monoamines neurotransmitter,5 hydroxytryptamine(5 HT)plays a vital role in physiological and pathological regulation in gastrointestinal motility,vascular tension,blood pressure,hemostatic coagulation process and body immunity for its comprehensive biological activities.Meanwhile,there is very close relationship between 5 HT and malignancies and 5 HT participated in carcinogenesis of multiple tissue types of tu mors.In this paper,we summarized the potential role of 5 HT in digestive tract cancer and revealed the involving abnormal signal transduction pathways in tumor progression,thus to provide some insights into the role of 5 HT in tumorigenesis of digestive tract malignancies.
