摘要
从国内外收集8个在福州市露地栽培表现优秀的上海青种质资源,在中以示范农场薄膜温室内进行NFT栽培试验。从形态指标、生理指标、品质指标以及产量指标进行统计分析,筛选出适合福建省温室大棚NFT栽培模式下的品种。试验结果表明:(1)‘Cks-140’的产量最高,但硝态氮含量积累最多;(2)‘Cks-250’叶片中光合色素、可溶性糖、纤维素含量最高,硝态氮含量积累最少,营养品质最好;(3)除‘新原种’在栽培过程中出现轻微烧心外,其余品种均适合NFT模式栽培。
Eight Brassica chinensis L.germplasm resources with excellent performance in open field cultivation in Fuzhou were collected at home and abroad.The NFT cultivation experiment was carried out in a thin film greenhouse on a demonstration farm.Based on the statistical analysis of morphological index,physiological index,quality index and yield index,the varieties suitable for NFT cultivation in greenhouse in Fujian Province were selected.The results showed that:(1)The annual yield of‘Cks-140’was the highest,but the nitrate content accumulated the most.(2)Photosynthetic pigment,soluble sugar and cellulose content in‘Cks-250’leaves were the highest,nitrate nitrogen accumulation was the least,and nutrition quality was the best.(3)The chlorophyll content in the leaves of Brassica chinensis L.was related to the depth of leaf color.It may also promote the accumulation of nutrients in leaves,but has no significant correlation with yield.
