滴灌专用肥对酿酒葡萄‘赤霞珠’生长、品质以及产量的影响

Effects of special fertilizer of drip irrigation on growth,quality and yield of wine grape ’Cabernet Sauvignon’

为解决宁夏红寺堡酿酒葡萄产区土壤贫瘠、肥力不足等问题,寻求最佳施肥量,以4年生酿酒葡萄‘赤霞珠’为试验材料,研究不同的滴灌专用肥施用量对酿酒葡萄生长、果实品质以及产量的影响。结果表明:施用滴灌专用肥可以促进酿酒葡萄树新稍的伸长以及增加发生数,并能提高果实的可溶性固形物、还原性糖、总酚含量,降低可滴定酸含量。但随着施肥量的增加,酿酒葡萄会出现品质变差,产量减少等现象。综合而言,酿酒葡萄滴灌专用肥的合理施用量为750 kg/hm2。

In order to solve the problems of poor soil fertility and insufficient fertility in the wine grape producing area of Hongsibu,and to find the best application rate of fertilizer,4 year-old wine grape ’Cabernet Sauvignon’was used as the test material,and the effects of different application rate of special fertilizer of drip irrigation on the growth,fruit quality and yield of wine grape were studied. The results showed that special fertilizer of drip irrigation could promote the new elongation and occurrence of wine grape trees,increase the content of soluble solids,reducing sugar and total phenols,and reduce the titratable acid content. However,with the increase of fertilizer application,wine grapes would have poor quality,yield reduction and other phenomena.Generally,the rational application rate of special fertilizer of drip irrigation for wine grape was 750 kg/hm2.
