摘要
为评估动车组关键零部件四级修某型温度传感器的性能状态,根据四级修经历的主要环境因素,制定了温度传感器的型式试验方案及对应的检测要求,结合每项型式试验后的测试结果,检验了四级修温度传感器的性能状态,总结了出现的主要故障,进行了失效分析,通过收集了现场检测的失效数据,找出了产品主要失效位置和失效应力,并提出了改进意见,为后续检修四级修产品并延长使用寿命,提出了重要依据。
In order to evaluate the performance status of the four-stage axle temperature sensor for the key components of EMU,according to the main environmental factors experienced by the four-stage repair,the type test scheme and corresponding detection requirements of the axle temperature sensor are formulated.Combined with the test results after each type test,the performance status of the four-stage axle temperature sensor is checked,the main faults occurring are summarized,and the failure analysis is carried out.Through collecting the failure data detected on site,the main failure location and failure stress of the product are found out,and improvement suggestions are put forward,which provide important basis for the subsequent maintenance of the four-stage repair product and the extension of its service life.
