摘要
根据航天产品的特点,参考QJ 3138提出了温度循环应力筛选度与试验完成率的数学模型,给出了温度范围65℃、85℃、105℃以及温变率3℃/min、5℃/min下不同试验完成率对应的筛选度、残余故障率和残余故障率曲线曲率。给出了基于残余故障率曲线曲率极值和航天产品特性的剪裁策略,建议剪裁仅针对一般件进行,并给出了剪裁方法算例。研究成果对提高航天产品批次试验的效率和效益有重要价值。
According to the characteristics of aerospace products and the standard QJ 3138,the study presents a mathematical model to describe the relationship between the screening failure rate and residual failure rate with temperature ranges of 65℃,85℃,105℃and temperature variation rates of 3℃/min,5℃/min.The data of screening failure rate,residual failure rate and its curvature on different test completion rates is provided in the form of graphs and tables.A tailoring strategy based on the curvature extremum of residual failure rate curve and the classification of aerospace product characteristics is presented.It is suggested that the tailoring should be carried out only for minor unit products,besides a brief example of the tailoring method is given.The research results are of great value to increase the efficiency and save the cost of lot test of aerospace products.
