曲轴箱通风管结冰工况研究及改善措施分析 被引量:2

摘要 车辆在极寒环境下高负荷运行时,曲轴箱通风管与进气管交汇处存在结冰风险。为了防止结冰堵塞曲轴箱通风管,试验分别采用电加热、水加热两种方案对其进行改进。通过在不同车速条件下进行试验,得到最易结冰速度Vs;以Vs为恒定车速,在不同环境温度条件下进行试验,得到最适结冰温度区间Ts;以Ts区间内的某一温度T0为试验温度,以Vs为试验速度,对原方案与改进方案中曲轴箱通风管结冰效果进行对比,结果表明改善效果明显,水加热方案效果更优。 There is a risk of icing at the intersection of the crankcase ventilation pipe and the intake pipe when the vehicle is running under high load in extremely cold environment.In order to prevent the crankcase ventilation pipe from being blocked by ice,two schemes of electric heating and water heating were adopted to improve the crankcase ventilation pipe.By experimenting under different speed conditions,the optimum freezing speed Vs was obtained.When the experiment was carried out under different temperature conditions with the Vs as the constant vehicle speed,the optimum freezing temperature interval was obtained as Ts.Taking T0 in the Tm interval as the experimental temperature and Vs as the experimental speed,the effect of ice blocking about the crankcase ventilation pipe in the original scheme and the improved scheme was compared.The result show that the improvement effect is obvious and the water heating scheme has the better effect.
