正畸-牙周手术-修复联合治疗保存残根的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Combined Orthodontic-Periodontal Surgery-Repair Therapy in the Treatment of Preserving Residual Roots

目的:研究正畸-牙周手术-修复联合治疗保存残根效果。方法:选择某院2014年9月~2018年8月中的40例接受残根牙治疗的患者进行研究,按照患者接受治疗的不同方式分为观察组和对照组各20例,分别接受正畸-牙周手术-修复联合治疗、残牙修复疗法治疗,比较两组效果。结果:观察组治疗后治疗总有效率为90%,明显高于对照组治疗总有效率55%,P<0.05;观察组牙齿松动发生率为10%,明显低于对照组发生率45%,P<0.05;观察组牙齿松动Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级分别占50%、50%、0%,对照组分别占33.33%、44.44%、22.22%,P>0.05。结论:正畸-牙周手术-修复联合治疗保存残根的效果明显,能够减少患牙并发症,使修复体获得最高的美观度,临床推广价值突出。

Objective:To study the effect of combined orthodontic-periodontal surgery-repair therapy in the treatment of preserving residual roots.Methods:A total of 40 patients treated with residual root teeth in a hospital from September 2014 to August 2018 were selected for the study.They were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods of the patients.20 patients in the observation group and 20 patients in the control group were treated with combined orthodontic-periodontal surgery-repair therapy and residual tooth repair therapy respectively,and the results of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(55%),P<0.05.The incidence of tooth loosening was 10%in the observation group,significantly lower than 45%in the control group,P<0.05.In the observation group,the tooth loosingⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ level accounted for 50%,50% and 50% respectively,the control group were 33.33%,44.44%,22.22%,respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of orthodontic-periodontal surgeryprosthodontic treatment is effective in preserving residual roots,which can reduce the incidence of dental complications and maximize the aesthetic value of the prosthesis,the clinical promotion value is outstanding.
