VCA-IgA与Rta-lgG联合检测诊断鼻咽癌的效能研究

Efficacy of Rta-lgG Combined with VCA-IgA in Diagnosis of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的:探究联合使用Rta-lgG与VCA-IgA对鼻咽癌患者进行检测与诊断的效能。方法:选择2017年1月~2018年6月来医院经确诊并未治疗的鼻咽癌与体检健康者的血清标本83例,将探究对象分为两组,即观察组43例,对照组40例。观察组为鼻咽癌,对照组为体检健康者,均使用酶联免疫吸附试验对血清Rta-lgG与VCA-IgA抗体进行检测,分析各检测血清指标灵敏程度、特异度以及准确程度。结果:鼻咽癌患者血清Rta-lgG与VCA-IgA抗体明显比对照组高,联合使用二者检测的灵敏程度以及特异程度分别为97.75%、98.97%,在统计学上具有意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合对血清Rta-lgG与VCA-IgA抗体进行检测可以明显提高临床上鼻咽癌患者的初期筛查与诊断能力,值得临床上广泛应用与推广。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of Rta-lgG combined with VCA-IgA in the detection and diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). Methods: 83 serum samples of nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed in the hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 and serum samples of healthy people were selected. The subjects were divided into observation group(43 cases) and control group(40 cases). The observation group was nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the control group was healthy. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect serum Rta-lgG and VCA-IgA antibodies. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of each serum index were analyzed. Results: The serum levels of Rta-lgG and VCA-IgA antibodies in NPC patients were significantly higher than those in the control group. The sensitivity and specificity of the two methods were 97.75% and 98.97% respectively, with statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The combined detection of serum Rta-lgG and VCA-IgA antibodies can significantly improve the early screening and diagnosis ability of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
