多排螺旋CT薄层扫描及多平面重建对肺部小结节定性的研究价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究多排螺旋CT薄层扫描及多平面重建对肺部小结节定性的研究价值。方法:选取2017年1月~2018年5月于某院接受治疗的45例肺部小结节患者为研究对象,按照病变程度将所有患者分为两组,其中对照组22例为良性病变组,观察组23例为恶性病变组,两组患者均接受多排螺旋c薄层扫描及多平面重建检测,分析结果。结果:观察组患者与对照组患者相比,多结节融合状、斑片状、不规则形的比例更高,椭圆或圆的比例更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者边界清楚、空泡征、分叶征、毛刺征以及胸膜凹陷征的比例均高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多排螺旋CT薄层扫描及多平面重建能够提高肺部小结节定性的诊断准确率,应用价值极高,临床上值得推广。 Objective: To explore the research value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) thin slice scanning and multi-plane reconstruction for the characterization of pulmonary nodules. Methods: A total of 45 patients with pulmonary nodules treated in a hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were selected as research objects. All patients were divided into two groups according to the degree of lesions. Among them, the control group was a benign lesion group(22 cases), and the observation group was a malignant lesion group(23 cases). Patients in both groups received multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) thin slice scanning and multi-plane reconstruction, and the results were analyzed. Results: Compared with the control group, patients in the observation group had higher rates of polygonal fusion, patchy and irregular shapes, and lower rates of ellipsoid or circle, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The proportion of patients in the observation group with clear boundary, vacuole sign, lobulated sign, burr sign and pleural indentation sign was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) thin slice scanning and multi-plane reconstruction can improve the diagnostic accuracy rate of pulmonary nodules. The application value is very high, and is worthy of promotion in clinical.
